This spacious 6-bed holiday home in Ventry offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and homely bedrooms, we can accommodate families or groups of friends with ease.

Bedrooms
Bedrooms 1-5 are located upstairs, Bedroom 6 is located downstairs. This house sleeps 15 comfortably. Sheets and towels are provided
Bedroom 1 has a King bed.
Bedroom 2, Bedroom 5 and Bedroom 6 each have a Double bed.
Bedroom 3 and has a Double bed and a Single Bed.
Bedroom 4 has a King bed and two Single Beds.
There is also a travel cot available to be used on request. Note: You must provide your own linen for the travel cot.

Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms upstairs(one with a bath, one with a shower) and 2 bathrooms downstairs (one with a shower, one with an electric shower).

Kitchen
The kitchen has ample facilities such as electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and George Foreman grill.
Together with crockery, cutlery and utensils.
A high chair is also available for your convenience.

Living Room
The spacious living room has plenty of seating to relax and comes with a TV, sound system and Xbox One for your entertainment.

Dining Room
The dining room can faciitate 10+ people for dinner at the dining table.

Other Rooms and Features
There are also three extra downstairs rooms that can be used as the customer wants. Play Room? Extra Bedroom? Office? Do as you wish!

TV and Broadband
Flawless Fibre broadband makes "working from home" very possible here.
It also makes the demands of phones and tablets of the entire group one less thing to worry about.

House Rules
Check-in from 4pm.
Check-out is strictly 10am at the latest to facilitate turn over.
No pets.
No smoking (inside).

Booking Policy
Security Deposit is a refundable cost and is calculated as 30% of the rental fee. Receipt of the security deposit secures a booking.
Should you cancel after paying a Security Deposit it is refundable if more than 14 days before arrival.
If it is less than 14 days before arrival we will not refund, unless we can find another booking to fill the cancellation.
Full cost of rental (seperate to Security Deposit) is due a month before the rental begins.
Security Deposit refund will occur at the end of your rental after we verify there has been no breakages.
