The property is less than 1km to beautiful Ceann Trá beach(top middle picture) and is just a short walk from the local shops, pubs, and restaurants of Ventry. Coumeenoole Beach(middle left picture) is also a short scenic trip away along Slea Head Drive.

Ventry is a charming seaside village, with a small selection of amenities, including the popular local pub Quinn's, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday. For a taste of local nightlife, the popular pub Páidí ó Sés is a must-visit. With its traditional Irish atmosphere and live music, it offers a unique and enjoyable experience for locals and tourists alike.

The nearby town of Dingle and surrounding areas offers a wider range of amenities and activities, including the famous Gallarus Oratory(a well-preserved early Christian church), Fahan beehive huts, Dun Chaoin pier and the Blasket Heritage Centre, where visitors can learn about the cultural heritage of the Blasket Islands. The house is located on Slea Head Drive which is a focal point of the Wild Atlantic Way giving spectacular views of the Blasket and Skellig islands. The Dingle Peninsula also has a connection to the Star Wars franchise, as several scenes from Star Wars Episode VII and VIII were filmed in the area. The final scene of Episode VII was filmed on Skellig Michael, just off the Dingle coast. The Conor Pass just outside Dingle has jaw-dropping views of the surrounding area and contains Pedlars Lake, a glacial corrie lake that sits high above the mountain road.

That's before we even mention local arts including Louis Mulcahy pottery in Ballyferriter, Watersports and cycling all over the peninsula, Boat trips, Long's horse riding in Ventry, the Dingle Distillery(home to Dingle Gin), Falconry in Milltown, golf in Ceann Sibeal and the Dingle Oceanworld aquarium.
